Woolwich Center

48,000 Square Feet Retail Space

Woolwich Township, Gloucester County, NJ – At nearly 48,000 square feet, this is the largest retail commercial center in Woolwich Township to date and is a great ratable to the Township. CES designed this 10-acre tract, located at the corner of two County Roads: Center Square Road (CR 620) and Auburn Road (CR 551), to be open to passing traffic views.

The design calls for over 300 parking spaces with attractive landscaping and trees throughout, with 7,000 square feet of retail space and a bank pad site that are yet to be built.

Main Street, Mixed Use Development

Voorhees Township, Camden County, NJ – CES provided full site engineering including stormwater management and integration of large parking garages, and parking under the townhouse area.

Designed by CES from wetlands delineation to grand openings, Main Street has thousands of square feet of office and commercial space, one of the finest banquet facilities in South Jersey, hundreds of residential condominium and town home units spread near and above the commercial/office space. Main Street reintroduced the concept of a Town Center to South Jersey and, together with hundreds of single-family homes nearby, provides thousands of area residents a wonderful place to live, work, and shop.

The Plaza at Cherry Hill Red Robin Restaurant

Cherry Hill Township, Camden County, NJ –  For many years, CES has been trusted as the engineer and surveyor to this expansive 42-acre retail commercial center, located adjacent to the vibrant Cherry Hill Mall on Route 38.

Changes have included the addition of a Red Lobster Restaurant, revisions to the main buildings and parking lots, and the addition of a Red Robin Restaurant and approximately 4,000 square feet of road front retail space.

Zallie’s ShopRite Building Renovations

Lawnside Borough, Camden County, NJ – CES provided surveying and site plan services to upgrade a previous supermarket with a new Zallie’s ShopRite Supermarket.

Upgrades included building and vestibule renovations, and parking lot renovations to bring the building in compliance with State and Wakefern Food standards.

We are honored to have worked on many ShopRite Supermarkets with Zallie’s.

City of Vineland, Cumberland County, NJ – Inspira Health wished to construct a new facility at the recently completed Bottino’s ShopRite in Vineland. CES previously completed surveying, design, and approvals for the major commercial shopping center. The new grocery store is now open and very successful.

To build on this success, CES has taken the available land and designed the site to accommodate the proposed medical building. The new facility will share the existing infrastructure that includes sewer, water, and stormwater. Construction also includes significant highway improvements and a new traffic signal on Landis Avenue.

Bottino’s Shoprite

City of Vineland, Cumberland County, NJ – With four ShopRite supermarkets throughout South Jersey, the Bottino name is very well known. The Bottino Family came to CES when it was time to design its new 88,000 square feet, state-of-the art supermarket in Vineland. The CES design consists of 459 parking spaces, subsurface stormwater management facilities, a regional sanitary sewer pump station, a mile of water main extension that included a horizontal directional bore under a stream bed, tractor/trailer circulation, and a new traffic signal located on Landis Avenue.  CES worked closely with Vineland officials and obtained City approvals just two short months after the initial design commenced.  An Inspira Urgent Care center has also been added to the site.

 

Kennedy University Hospital Sign Package

Cherry Hill Township, Camden County, NJ – Kennedy Hospital’s Cherry Hill Division is constructing a $200 million expansion and renovation project. As part of this needed update, the hospital chose CES to work with its sign purveyor to create a full sign location with design application and to obtain entitlements. The project started with an inventory of pictures of existing conditions. CES then completed a township zoning analysis, prepared a plan and gave testimony at the Planning Board to obtain approvals.


Princeton University Graduate Housing

Princeton Township, Mercer County, New Jersey – A long time client chose CES to provide full construction stakeout for the new Princeton University Lakeside Graduate Housing project buildings. The project included construction stakeout for 15 townhouse and apartment buildings containing 715 beds of graduate student housing, and a parking garage. Surveying services included inspection of concrete levels, plumbness of steel structures, and window elevations.

 

Inspira Radiation Oncology Center

Woodbury City, Gloucester County, NJ – February 15, 2017, SJ Times/NJ.Com

Inspira Health Network is maintaining its presence in Woodbury with a new radiation oncology center. CES provided surveying, site planning and entitlement services. The approximate one-acre site was perfect for a 6,343 SF building and related parking. It is planned to open in 2017.

Haines Industrial Center

CTS Building – Burlington Township, NJ
Provided site planning/engineering for a 721,000 SF building that can be expanded to one million square feet. Estimated at $75 million by NJBIZ, this distribution warehouse has a 68-foot product storage height and 80-foot overall height, making it the tallest warehouse/distribution building in New Jersey. The project was completed in 18 months and is located in Haines Center, a 900-acre industrial park owned and managed by Whitesell.

The Haines Center Industrial Park is serviced by the Neck Road Pumping Station.

Neck Road Pumping Station, Burlington Township Department of
Public Works – Burlington County, New Jersey.
CES worked closely with public officials on this project that included replacement of the outdated Neck Road pumping station to a suction lift pumping station that is rated at 400 gpm. The station serves the new Haines Industrial Park, owned by Whitesell. This station included duplex pumps located within a control building, controls, check valves and isolation valves, and pig launching chamber. Outside of the building is an 8-foot diameter precast concrete wet well, and 80 linear feet of 8-inch DIP force main that will be tied into an existing force main.
