City of Philadelphia, Philadelphia County, PA – CES completed fieldwork for this Title Survey over the course of a weekend to avoid the heavy pedestrian and automobile traffic of busy weekdays. It included a legal description, and noted exceptions to Title.

This multi-story 456,922 square-feet structure, known as the Stock Exchange Building, was renovated in 2015 by Brandywine Realty Trust.

CES has completed many Philadelphia surveys, working closely with the Philadelphia Board of Surveyors.
