Burlington Township, Burlington County, NJ – Staff members worked closely with the client to provide surveying, site planning, engineering and permitting for a 677,000 square feet building, with a phase two expansion that will bring the building to one million square feet. The design also allows for stormwater capacity for future parking.

Such a large building at a single grade poses grading and earthwork balance challenges, but the design was completed efficiently.

The building will be occupied by Burlington Coat Factory as an East Coast distribution center.
